There are a number of ways your order is processed so we'll start with the most obvious first...
1. Order processed from our warehouse.
We aim to process and dispatch orders on the same day we receive them, given that we receive them before our courier partners arrive for the days collection from 3pm onwards. This applies to Spare Parts, Pedestrian Lawnmowers, Handheld Machinery and Accessories. For Ride-On and Tractor Mowers please follow this link -
We currently have 4 delivery partners; Royal Mail, DHL, DX Freight and H&M Palletways so depending on the service will determine how long it will take to get to you.

2. Order processed and dispatched by one of our supply partners.
Some products and brands are shipped directly from our suppliers. When we receive your order, we send it straight to them to get processed and it will be dispatched with the same terms as above. This varies between suppliers but generally you will receive your order within 4 day depending on the item.
If your order is delayed there is probably a good reason. We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible but sometimes there are other factors that occasionally get in our way. We have a lot of orders to monitor and have processes in place to manage the as efficiently as possible so please be patient. However, if you haven't heard from us or received your order in 4 days please get in touch and we will look into it for you.
